◾ INGREDIENTS
50g coconut flour
5 large eggs
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 large lemon
50g butter
35g sweetener
BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 180°C (350°F) for approximately 45 minutes 😉

I did this for a long time, and although at first I admit it was VERY USEFUL because I learned about keto foods, quantities, etc... I think it's fine at the beginning, but over time you learn what to eat. I've been living this lifestyle for two years, and I haven't counted macros in many months. If you eliminate all refined flours and sugars from your diet, eat the protein your body needs along with vegetables or salad, good quality fats, nuts, seeds... in short, low-carb foods, you won't break ketosis. The idea is to learn to eat without calculating everything you eat.
