Notebook LM 1980 Analysis Report Review
My experimentation with Google's free NotebookLM Podcasting capabilities continues...
I was the lead analyst on this project - as part of my professional development - but my boss' name went on it so as to not reduce the credibility of the data, as I had been in the department less than five full months. The late Gail Tornga was my mentor/coach in conducting the Analysis effort. To be fair, I had done the job back during college, filling in for our Inventory Management clerk when he got married and went on his honeymoon.
This report, written in January 1980, examines the shortcomings of the Inventory Management Clerk position at Wickes. The report identifies two main types of deficiencies: knowledge deficiencies, which can be addressed through training, and execution deficiencies, which require changes to the work environment and company policies.
