RECIPE :
1 chopped onion
500 grams of chicken (use thighs only)
5 boiled eggs, peeled
diced potatoes
1500 ml of pure liquid coconut milk (can use instant 250 ml + 1.3 liters of water)

10 red chilies
5 cayenne peppers
1 segment of ginger
10 shallots
5 garlic
2 segments of turmeric
3-5 candlenuts
1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon coriander powder

aromatic :
4 lime leaves
2 bay leaves
1 lemongrass
1 segment galangal

seasoning spices:
1/2 tbsp salt (if not salty enough, add more)
2 tbsp chicken powder
2 tbsp sugar (remember to make it average)
