Today we'll engage all the abdominal muscles: the rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, and diaphragm, to shape a beautiful, flat stomach.

We'll be working with a fitball.
Be warned, the exercises are challenging. Listen carefully and practice the technique to ensure you perform them correctly.

⚠️ Important
Contraindications for this exercise: diastasis recti, umbilical hernias, linea alba hernias, urinary incontinence when coughing or sneezing, and lower back pain.

Perform all movements within a comfortable range. If you feel pain during the exercise, reduce the range to a comfortable one.
