Are your wrists broken or sore? You can still do yoga with this modified sequence that keeps you off your wrists. This is a 25-minute yoga sequence from intention to savasana designed to give your sore wrists a break. There are no chaturangas, no tabletop pose, or any other pose that places pressure on your wrist. There are a lot of balancing postures including drinking bird, one leg mountain pose, figure 4 pose, and eagle pose. Give yourself grace as you balance, remember to breathe and not take it too seriously.
