Forminator is a great way to put forms on your website, collect information or sell your services or items. Forminator uses Paypal and Stripe. In this tutorial, I make a form that has multiple services for my clients to choose from. When they click the services the calculations are totaled and then my client can check out using Paypal, or a credit card or debit card of their choice.
