Is your gallbladder acting up even though you're taking care of yourself? It could be due to low stomach acid. I'll show you a home remedy!

When your stomach produces too little acid (hypochlorhydria), the gallbladder moves slowly, fills with biliary sludge, and eventually gallstones form.

🧠 This acid is the signal that activates the gallbladder to release bile and help you digest fats. If it's lacking, the entire digestive system slows down.

🥑 Healthy fats like olive oil and avocado, in the right amount, help the gallbladder "wake up" and do its job.

🥄 A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar dissolved in water before each meal can support stomach acid production.

🌿 When stomach acid improves, gallbladder motility also improves, and from there, your entire gastrointestinal function is better regulated.

💬 Do you eat healthily and still experience gallbladder discomfort, or have you heard about biliary sludge and gallstones? Tell me in the comments.

🎥 In this video, I explain how low stomach acid can affect your gallbladder and how to use apple cider vinegar and healthy fats to improve your digestion.

📅 Schedule your virtual or in-person appointment in Cali if you have gallbladder problems despite eating healthily. We will review your case individually.
