This recipe is a traditional breakfast recipe. It is tasty, and the pancakes are light and fluffy. For this recipe, I began by sifting the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. In a separate bowl, I beat the egg, sugar, salt, milk, and oil. Then I combined the wet and dry ingredients together. I whisked the batter until it was smooth and placed it in a pancake dispenser. You can add oil to the pan, but I find that it doesn't allow the pancakes to develop an even surface. They look better when you do not add the oil to the pan. Once the batter is on the pan, allow it to dry and become porous. When it is porous, it is ready to be flipped. Garnish with strawberries, whip cream, butter, or syrup. This recipe is easy and very delicious. Your family is going to love it. I hope you give this recipe a try. Happy cooking!
