Phuge pao is a traditional bread in Goan cuisine. This recipe is easy and delicious. You can have this bread for is breakfast, lunch, or dinner. To begin this recipe, combine the milk and oil in a small pot. Allow them to reach a boil and set them aside. Set your oven to 250 degrees Celsius or 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine your powder ingredients and mix them well. Then, add the oil and milk and continue to mix well. Beat an egg and add it to the mixture. This will make the bread softer. Finally, add both kinds of cheese. Create small dough balls from the batter. You can use your hand or a small scoop. Pop the dough balls in the oven and let them bake for 20 minutes. I hope you give this recipe a try. Happy cooking!
