Masala Soya Chaap Recipe
Ingredients list
1 Packet Frozen Chaap
Half litre Refined Oil
1 Cup fresh Curd
1Tsp G.G Paste
1Tsp Garam Masala
Salt (As Per Taste)
1Tsp Kasuri Methi
1Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Half Tablespoon Black Pepper Powder
For Gravy Making
2-3 Whole Black pepper
2-3 Cloves
1-2 Cinnamon Stick
1 Black Cardamom
1-2 Green Cardamom
1 Tablespoon Coriander Seed
1-2 Bay Leaves
2-3 pieces Garlic
1-2 Chopped Green Chilly
6-7 Cashews
1 Onion (Roughly Chopped)
1 Tomato (Roughly Chopped)
Method of Preparation
Step 1. Take Frozen Soya Chaap and put in room temperature and keep aside.
Step 2. Then take pan on heat and add water and put previous chaap and boil for 1-2 minutes and keep aside.
Step 3. Then take pan on heat and add refined oil and put previous dry soya chaap into it.
Step 4. Deep fry till golden colour and keep aside.
Step 5. Then take a bowl and add previous deep fry soya chaap and add g.g paste, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, black pepper, coriander powder, kasuri methi, turmeric powder and mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Step 5. Then take pan on heat amd add khada masala : whole black pepper, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and mix well.
Step 6. Then add chopped green chilly, garlic, onion, tomato, cashews and mix well then cook for 4-5 Minutes and keep aside.
Then take blender add previous mixture and blend well and keep aside.
Step 7. Then again take pan on heat add butter/ ghee and add previous blended mixture and add half cup warm water and stire well for 1-2 minutes.
Step 8. Then add previous coated soya chaap add in gravy and add red chilly powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, black pepper powder and cook for 1-2 more.
Step 9. After few minutes, garnish with fresh chopped Coriander and
Gravy Soya Chaap ready for serve with roti, naan etc.
