How To: View and Adjust Page Breaks Within Microsoft Excel
You can view and adjust page breaks in the Page Break Preview. Go to View: Page Break Preview. You will see your entire worksheet with the default page break locations indicated by blue dashed lines. Move the page breaks by grabbing and dragging the page breaks to the desired locations.
