Cause Mapping® Facilitation Tip 18: Provide Evidence
The Cause Map™ diagram is intended to be a factual account of an incident. Utilizing the Cause Mapping® approach, an evidence-based approach, the facilitator can request evidence in order to validate a cause (or possible scenario). In this week's Facilitation Friday tip, we show how quickly identifying when evidence is needed may minimize unnecessary debates and other potentially unproductive conversations.
