It's delicious and very quick to prepare. French potatoes with chorizo. First, boil the potatoes and eggs. Cut the potatoes into rings and place them in a baking pan. Cut the chorizo and eggs and place on the potatoes. Add some spices and another layer of potatoes. Make a topping of egg, sour cream, and yogurt. 4 bigger potatoes
3 eggs (boiled)
vegetable oil
pinch of salt
chorizo salami
pinch of mixed herbs
pinch of pepper
150g of sour cream
2-3 tsp of yogurt
1 egg
Bake: 200°C 380°F for 30 minutes
