How to Make a Mouthwatering Cocoa Cake in Minutes
Excellent, light, and very fast cocoa cake. Separate the yolk from the white. Add both sugar to the egg yolk and mix until frothy with a mixer. Add yogurt and olive oil and mix slowly. After a few minutes add flour and baking powder. In another bowl, add a little salt to the egg white and mix. Add egg white into the mixture and hand mix. Later add cocoa powder. Bake 20 minutes and the soft cocoa cake is ready. #cocoacake #cake #yogurtcake

100g of flour
1 baking powder
100g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
100ml of yogurt
75mil of olive oil
pinch of salt
Bake: 180°C 350°F for 20 minutes
Cake pan: 23 x23 cm
