Aoa! MY name Is Ehsan and welcome to Biology with Ehsan
In this lecture we discussed some important concepts which are necessary in order to understand biotechnology. We discussed structure of DNA, gene, transcription, translation etc . We also discussed that what is genetic engineering and what does it mean actually. Than we elaborated gene cloning also known as molecular cloning which has two ways . First one is in vivo method known as recombinant DNA technology adn other is in vitro method known as polymerase chain reaction.
It is basically lecture number 2 from biotechnology chapter. Lecture is based on FBISE biology textbook for second year but it is equally important for all kind of biology students
