In this lecture we discussed the basic concept about DNA library which is very important aspect of molecular biology.
First of all we discussed that what is genome and then we elaborated the term genome Library.
We also narrated that how genome Library is constructed and what are the benefits of constructing a genome Library. Than we discussed that what is complementary DNA library and how cDNA library is constructed. In last we also discussed that how DNA probe works in screening of gene of interest.
The lecture is equally important for all biology students especially for federal board biology second year students.
