In this lecture we discussed all about restriction endonucleases enzymes which cut DNA from inside.
We also discussed types of restriction endonucleases as well as staggered cut and blunt cut along with palindromic sequence.
We discussed that why restriction endonucleases don't cut their own DNA and why cohesive ends aka sticky ends are preferred in genetic engineering.
