In this lecture we discussed the mechanism of recombinant DNA technology aka procedure of recombinant DNA technology .
There are three basic steps of recombinant DNA technology which are
1) Formation of recombinant DNA
2) Transformation of suitable expression system
3) Identification of transformed clone
We focused on how gene of interest and vector aneals with each other. How sticky end are beneficial in recombinant DNA technology. We discussed the topic of recombinant DNA technology with the help of diagram.
Lecture is equally important for all biology students especially for federal board biology second year students.
