Travis Tries It!
Travis Johnson, LkldTV's new man on the street went out in search of fun, free, physical activities in Lakeland. He discovered Lakeland24FitClub, an online group with more than 300 members and decided to join some of them for a “Motivational Monday” workout at the Frances Langford Promenade at Lake Mirror.
Group members describe themselves as healthy, active people looking to get fit and inspire the community to do the same. All ages and fitness levels are invited every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7 p.m. Travis says there is no cash necessary, but bring your sense of humor and a towel to wipe up the sweat. #TravisTriesIt
