Lighting A Fire - Anthem - Ep 4 - Playing In Freeplay & The Shrine Ruin
Welcome to Mythkiller Productions! As always, I will be your host, SiriMythkiller, as my brother Wolf joined me for my first run in Freeplay.
I talked to Prospero, a man who values the “flash and thunder” above all! He wanted to get the crafting portion of the Forge open but needed embers to get it up and running again. These are “a by-product of the Anthem, used as a foundation for human technology.” Essentially, this stuff is the basis for EVERYTHING we can make from cosmetics to weapons to gear! The best way to obtain ether is to get out and explore Bastion in Freeplay!
The ember was easy enough to get. It can be found in harvestable materials, in chests, and as rewards for world events. However, Wolf and I spent a solid hour just exploring the world, finding points of interest, participating in world events, and sticking our noses in ruins, specifically The Shrine. I had a blast!
When we finally returned to Fort Tarsis, I turned my ember in to Prospero. I was FINALLY able to acquire my pre-order Legion Of Dawn armor skin pack plus craft several items to boost my Interceptor’s abilities.
