Q&A Section:

Q: On the question about my Help Desk request, I’m unable to submit the request. I keep getting a response that I am unable to open on my end being blocked.

A: Please add your email, and we will reach out to you.

Q: How will the Letter needs Government answer and Letter needs Contractor Answer Action Items be impacted by the “Action by” field?

A: We will look into this and address this though the chain of command. Thank you for this input!

Q: For Progress payments scenario: five invoices and retainage on payment #2 and working on payment #5. Is there a way to have a warning window appear to let the user know that there is retainage and ask if the retainage can be release now?

A: This is a good suggestion. Right now, RMS does not do that, but this can be proposed to the RSG members. Thank you so much for that input! Please add a Help Desk ticket with that information so it can be tracked by our team.

Q: Have you heard about the CEFMS policy on reversing auto accruals? They no longer reverse automatically if they were made within the last 30 days, and that’s causing issues for us. We get a green light in RMS, but then we are blocked in CEFMS. RM is the only one who can make the fix.

A: RMS Support was not aware of this. RMS does not have authority when it comes to CEFMS policies.
