New Feature - Revision History Added to modules in RMS
New RMS Release Updates for patch 481. Release date 6/27/2024
A new version of Revision history has been added to a number of modules in RMS. This version of Revision History is a way of tracking changes when items are submitted, returned/rejected or accepted in RMS. When revision history is available for a module, users will see the revision history section at the bottom (may need to use the scroll bar to see the bottom of the view). The list will display the action that was recorded, the date it occurred and who caused this action.
Users can double click on a revision history entry in the Revision History to show what the view looked like prior to the action taken (including the Document Package). For example, Revision History views for the submit entry will show the “draft” version just before it was submitted, accept will show the “submit” or “reject” version just before accepted, etc. Please note that this is only for items going forward, this does not apply to previously submitted items.

• QA Daily Report’s Deficiencies Submodule – Document Package only
• Three Phase Inspections – Document Package only
