Q&A

Q: FYSA, when a user requests access via ACE-IT, they do not have any rights. i have a lot of folks that send in tickets because they think ACE-IT will do that part for them

A: Correct, ACE-IT only installs the software on their computer. To get access to districts and contracts, the user will need to contact a district admin to get those permissions

Q: sorry, I meant specifically the access request tickets when people request an RMS account via ServiceNow ticket (not the RMS install, but the access request). ACE-IT (i think its actually RITS now will only enter a "shell" user. they do not enter any permissions in the permissions area, they basically add a user with he UPASS ID and basic info and that is it.

A: Yes, that is true.

Q: are there issues with sending documents in the contract file? we have documents that modules do not exist for files (like contract closeout checklist or ACO appt letters). We send these files to PCF through contract file, seems like it works

A: Yes, contract File can be used to send other documents to PCF from RMS

Q: curious if anyone uses the QA lock setting, we have ours at the default

A: That is a very good question. I personally haven't seen any other than default.

Q: How does RMS track resubmittals?

A: In the submittal registry, if you click on the submittal item, you can see the history of that item there

Q: Does RMS actually add the review period for resubmittal and track if the resubmittal is due/late

A: RMS does not track resubmittals other submission there will be a future update to RMS with this feature...

Q: Contract setup asks has a check box which you can choose P2, does that override if you choose no to P2

A: If you have turned off P2 in the contract setup, RMS will not send or receive data from P2
