Housing is one of the most critical components of a high quality standard of living.
All other things are dependent upon having a stable housing situation.
The people that work at MSHDA care about making sure that every Michigander is housed.
MSHDA is unique. We do not rely on taxpayer dollars to pay for the operations of our agency. That gives us some flexibility. We're able to be creative and innovative as we try to find solutions to Michigan's housing issues.
We need to make sure that we are reaching everyone. Whether you're in the tip of Keweenaw or you’re in the middle of downtown Detroit, everyone deserves a place to live.
