[TRANSCRIPT] I love my little house. My house is a two bedroom, one bath.
It's just me and my fur babies.
So I started looking for houses just because I felt that that was going to be a faster process than trying to find a rental. I had a really great loan officer and I really only had my 401(k) funds. And so she suggested, you know, let's do the MSHDA DPA program so that you can keep your 401(k) funds and not have to completely break yourself to get out of where you're at right now.
Going through the DPA the process was I can't say how easy it was. It was just, it wasn't hard at all. The MSHDA program
definitely made it possible for me to buy.
When I first walked in the house after the closing and I spent the first night here, it was just so peaceful. The area that I live in, it's just a nice, quiet, small town. My neighbors, they are just absolutely amazing. To me, the house is special just because it really brings back that nostalgia of my grandmother's cottage, that was really the one thing that drew me to it. I couldn't resist the knotty pine.
