In this sequence, you'd be guided towards the peak pose Flamingo. From a gentle core warm-up that leads to the stabilizing of your supporting leg, your body will be ready to try a new fun pose.
We recommend you have one yoga block nearby at most of our classes. They can not only help bring the ground closer to you, making poses more accessible but also depending on their positioning it can be taken as a new challenge.
