The most expensive coffee in the world is made from a Weasel's poo.
But the reason why is actually quite surprising.
Each coffee bean grows inside a coffee cherry.
These Civets, sometimes referred to as cats or Weasels, love to eat these cherries.
The civet has a strong sense of smell and will only eat the best cherries.
The cherries are fermented as they pass through the intestines, and after being defecated, they are collected.
The reasoning is that the digestion in the animals' digestive tract alters the composition of the coffee beans, which have been carefully selected by the civet.
The coffee beans are then cleaned and processed before being sold for eye watering prices.
