In this video, we explore our hometown in our 2011 Aston Martin V8 Vantage and 2010 Rolls-Royce Ghost. These truly are our dream cars, and we are incredibly grateful that we have been able to accomplish owning them at just 25 years old. This video shows us going back through some of the memorable spots in our home town - Morristown, TN and telling some stories along the way.

About this video: At the age of 22, Patrick and I moved out of Morristown, TN, our hometown, set for Daytona Beach, FL. At this time, we had filed bankruptcy the year before, and we were taking a leap of faith that we could grow, expand, and build our business to truly support us. Well, whether it was luck, hard work, or both, we were able to build and grow our business to heights we couldn't even image when we moved to Florida allowing us to purchase our dream 2011 cars at the age of 25.

What are these cars? Well, one is a 2011 Aston Martin V8 Vantage in Tungsten Silver. This car is, to us, a supercar. Patrick and I used to talk about "one day we will own an Aston Martin", and finally, in July 2020, it happened. We purchased our stunning Aston Martin V8 Vantage when it had just 13,000 miles, and we have driving it over 4,000 miles loving every single one of them.

The other is a 2010 Rolls-Royce Ghost that we added to our collection in August 2021. There really is no car like a Rolls-Royce, and our Ghost, while it may be from 2010, is no exception. In a black and silver two-tone, Patrick and I knew that when we got a Rolls-Royce, this would be the spec we wanted. On top of this, our Rolls-Royce has a bumper-to-bumper warranty and service plan meaning for two years, we won't have to spend a dime on maintenance.

Now, we are back in Morristown, Tennessee - our hometown, and we have our dream cars with us. These cars stand out a bit in Morristown, and that makes for some interesting reactions and a fun time when they are brought to town. Them being together really stops people, and makes things even more interesting.

So in this video, we cruise around our hometown checking out the places that Patrick and I spent our time. We drove these roads for thousands of hours, and it was truly incredible to experience them in cars we used to dream about driving them with.

Let's not gloss over the fact though that while these cars are our dream cars, they are British. So, the Rolls-Royce Ghost did have some audio issues which ended up taking up some of the conversation, so don't worry. This has, as you would expect from these cars, a true showcase of the incredible British electronics the Rolls-Royce features.

We start-off, though, at the real estate office that Patrick and I spent most of our time while we sold houses. We then went to historic downtown Morristown in our Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin and checked out the flying sidewalks. We then checked out the first real estate office where we met with our first broker about getting into the business.

Next up, we moved on to Lochmere. A neighborhood where Patrick and I hoped to one day rent a place to live. Thank goodness that didn't happen. Haha. After that, it was off to Evergreen Cove. A local hangout spot for teenagers. A place where Patrick and I spend hundreds of hours walking the shore of the lake dreaming about the incredible Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin we were exploring in today.

Finally, we went to the place where we recorded the majority of the Breakdown Automotive videos. At the time, we had a beat up BMW 4 Series and Patrick's 2011 Land Rover Range Rover, which he still has. These cars helped us get over 5,000 subscribers with automotive videos all recorded at the back of a neighborhood. We were now back in that same spot with an Aston Martin and Rolls-Royce. This moment was truly surreal. Patrick and I always knew we would own Rolls-Royces, Aston Martins, and more, but to see that it happened and be at a place with so many automotive memories. It really was incredible.

From there, we outro'd the video as other obligations were taking over, but overall, this was an incredible fun video for us to make. We hope you enjoyed us visiting Morristown, TN in a Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin. Thank you for watching!
