Using yoga props during your Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Iyengar or any other style of yoga practice can level up your learning experience immediately and uplift spirit in the process.

Try using a bench or chair to help get into the "tight" spots in the hamstring. The bench or chair make the work with hamstrings more accessible. Be generous about bending the knees, as you do that you will stay well rooted in the hips and out of the back. When the hamstrings are stiff and we straighten the legs too soon the result and be pulling on the back in an unproductive way. Also, you can play with different arm variations.

Take you time, practice daily and be patient.

Remember the aim of this channel is Practice to Uplift the Human Spirit! Best to do a little practice every day to get closer to the bullseye.
