It's the day today... As some of you already knew, I give metal yoga course in my town and metal music accompany us during the class. Beside, the body expression project started also thanks to my yoga practice and I do add a lot of yoga practice into my body expression work. So how can I not do something with the great music of Rotting Christ? I cannot! So here we are! There're a lot of yoga poses in tjis video because I wanted to pay homage for metal yoga here.
As usual, just a little side note. All these performances are one shot, I just put the music on and let go. So this performance is not perfect but it's the best I can offer at that time and that place. I hope you appreciate the video.
