PRAANA SHAKTI & Moonfound Vs. Mike Posner - Timelessness X Be As You Are
With Timelessness, it was an ambient track that felt like there was a sense of purpose to it; to each resonance played. From bittersweet to heartfelt, the sound design was impeccable. With Be As You Are, I have been listening to that song for almost a decade and have still not gotten bored of the truthful lyricism and Posner's strong range in the vocals and instrumentation. Both songs I adore for different reasons. To be honest, this mashup was sort of an accident. I was thinking of what acapella to work Timelessness with (not feeling that I could find something that would proficiently work). The search for a clea Be As You Are acapella was a last ditch search (even though previous searches only came up with filtered ones). Fortunately, the whole album of At Night, Alone just so happens to have official acapellas up on SoundCloud, so I am grateful for that. I love this mashup as both elements fit together seemlessly, almost feeling destined to be together. I'd also recommend listening to the originals too as they are some of the most underrated tracks from some of the most underrated artists around. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you next time!
