In the Bad Batch season 2 episode 4, Cid advises TAY-0 to not take the forbidden left lane during the riot race.
Later on, Tech does take the forbidden left lane and wins the race, but as he enters the pipe, the race commentator says a couple of blaster brains are taking the ole Nellis Express to Lotho Minor.
Lotho Minor is the trash planet that Maul ended up on where he lost his sanity, and where Savage Opress later found him.
I thought this was a cool detail that I’ve only seen a couple people talk about on reddit. It’s interesting to think that just a few years before this, racers on this track who dared to take the left lane, could have ended up face to face with a mind crazed Darth Maul. How scary would that be to fall right into the lair of an insane spider sith?
