Aran Tomoko - Midnight Pretenders (Audio Only)
Living in Japan in the late '70s and '80s was a special time, especially as a young person. And the music reflected the feeling of the period really well, including the music that is referred to as "City Pop".
I have posted other tunes from this genre and wanted to add this one, a personal favorite that came out when I was a teenager in Tokyo. It is, simply put, just a song that takes me back to that time in my life and that brings back memories. Good memories. And when music / a song can do that, it is worth remembering.
