The machine is accurate. This is evidenced by the fact that the division price of the limbs of all three feeds is 0.01 mm. For comparison: even for the T-65 watch machine, the graduation rate of the limbs is five times higher - 0.05 mm. And the MN-80 has a graduation rate of 0.05 mm.
A frame is installed on the pedestal, a trough is located between them. Either horizontal or vertical spindle heads can be installed on the bed.
Unfortunately, this machine has only one T-slot on the table. The shape of the table is the same as that of the bed of this machine, and of the bed of the Shaublin-90 lathe. It is possible to put both headstock of the Shaublin-90 machine on this machine. This is such a unification of Schaublin machines.
The indexing device and tailstock can be installed on the table.
There is also a dividing device for direct dividing with dividing discs. I assume that this machine was sharpened for making gears.
The spindles and dividing devices have M38x3 threads at the ends. This is the Schaublin standard. Lathe chucks can be mounted on these spindles.
This machine has a complex spindle drive: through 2 intermediate shafts.
The drive from the electric motor is a flat belt. And the next gears are with two V-belts.
All 6 pulleys in 3 gears are 2-stage. In total, there are 8 options for the total gear ratio: 1:10 to 2: 1.
There are quick tension change devices for changing the belts.
It is also possible to change the operating tension of the belts.
The handle lifts the electric motor and looses the belt tension when it is repositioned.
And in the working position of the belt, the tension is regulated by a long nut.
There is no quick release of the belt for the middle belt.
The last belt also has a device for quickly loosening the belt when it is repositioned and two nuts for changing the tension of the belt in its working position.
Clamping of the tool in the spindle is collet. Collet W20.
I bought the machine without a cleaning rod. I made a ramrod and a nut to it.

The fixation of the spindle when fixing the tool is done with a special handle.
There is a trunk to reinforce the mandrel.
The horizontal spindle head is secured to the bed with two T-head pins. And they stretch along axles with eccentrics with square heads.
The table can be tilted ± 6 degrees. Scale reading. I release these nuts, remove the locking pin, and the table can be tilted to both sides.
To quickly set the table to a horizontal position, it is necessary to align the holes in these parts of the table and insert the pin back. The pin has a taper of 1:50. After that, the table must be fixed with these two nuts.
The table can also be rotated several degrees horizontally. The table is released by turning the eccentric clamps behind these squares. And it is also fixed with a pin.
Longitudinal feed is carried out directly by turning the lead screw. And the vertical and transverse feeds are made through a worm gear. Five-way worm.
There is a crank with a gear for fast longitudinal and transverse feeds. Accordingly, there are toothed racks.
The vertical headstock is also pulled through the T-slot to the base by eccentric square shafts.
It is shown in detail how the spindle drive from the axles with pulleys is arranged using helical gears and how the eccentric clamp is arranged, how the stopper is arranged.
Although this machine has 8 different speeds, I also installed a frequency unit.
