Homemade adapter sleeve for angle grinders
The manufacture of an adapter sleeve for an angle grinder for installing roughing discs on wood is shown.
I purchased roughing rasp discs for angle grinders on the Internet. It turned out that they have mounting holes of 16 mm, and not like a conventional angle grinder - 22.23 mm.
I had to make an adapter sleeve from 22.23 mm to 16 mm.
To ensure minimal runout of the cutting discs, the bushing was made in one installation.
Shown is how I made this adapter sleeve and how it works. It chews wood very well.
With the help of a homemade bushing, we managed to get out of the situation and install discs with a seat diameter of 16 mm on a regular angle grinder.
