Wheat flour tortillas
TORTILLAS This recipe for soft, all-purpose flour tortillas is made with wheat flour and has no artificial flavor like the ones you find at the supermarket. You won't believe how easy they are to make!
Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
50g butter or margarine
100g warm water
2g (1/4 tsp) baking powder
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
It's very important to place them in a damp cloth after removing them from the heat to maintain their softness.
This recipe makes 7 tortillas, about 19cm in diameter. You can fill them with your favorite vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces.
Always respect the resting times for your dough; they are essential for optimal results.
