Avanti—a Polish disco-polo project that started in 1995 by Grzegorz Szarkowski—released their first album, Kolorowe sny, in 1996. While members have rotated over the years, Szarkowski (the guy on the right) has remained the central member since then, on this specific album, he performed with the vocalist and keyboardist Mariusz Lewandowski (the guy on the left), and also the keyboardist Andrzej Kordko.
From 1998, the Avanti group, founded by Grzegorz Szarkowski, has operated in Wasilków, near Białystok. Till now, the band released three albums: this first one in 1996, Wspomnienie z wakacji also in 1996, and the latest album Reaktywacja in 2009, preceded by the single Kropelki Dwie from 2008.
