Igniting the Next Generation of Creators and Leaders
This session was presented at the Imaging the Future Forum as part of international celebrations of World Creativity and Innovation Week (wciw.org) sponsored by Haggerty & Haggerty Digital and My Favorite Art Place.
In her presentation, "Igniting the Next Generation of Creators and Leaders," Robyn Mussler speaks about allowing young brilliant minds to step into their greatness and develop their life's tool kit and preparing them for whichever pathway they choose. She talks about the different ways we need to educate our kids in this new world of ours to not just survive but thrive. Understanding what it takes in this world of disruption to figure out how to rise above with a growth mindset. She discusses the fundamental building block skills to prepare our youth and bridge the skills gap between education and the business world to adequately prepare them for their adult journey. Robyn demonstrates how this is done with highlights from her award-winning Next Gen Tech 360 program. A way for communities to develop their local talent allowing everyone to benefit. Emphasizing the focus on Innovation, Resiliency, Perseverance, and True Grit! She talks about how we can all learn to connect the dots to think and act more creatively creating opportunities for a thriving community. The Future is Now!
Robyn Mussler has many achievements including: *The author and chair of the award-winning Next Generation Tech 360 (NGT360) program. * An innovative Technology and Business visionary, her career spans 15+ years in building software solutions and streamlining business operations on a global scale. * CEO of Resolution Management an IT and Business Consulting firm. Her clientele varies from start-ups to corporate 500’s. * Recently, started a non-profit, “Connect-IT 360”, to expand her NGT360 program to communities across the country to foster the next generation of creators and leaders. * Holds a BS in Management Information Systems, an MBA and is certified in ITIL and Six Sigma. * Has lived and studied in South America and Europe. * Featured TEDx speaker
