As warmer days are here its time for cold recipes like guacamole.
This guacamole is insanely delicious made in only 5 minutes with simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
*3 Avocados
*Red onion
*1-2 Limes
*3 tomatoes
*2 cloves of garlic
*Jalapeño or mild chili
*A bunch of Cilantro
*salt and pepper
**For the best guacamole you Must have creamy avocados.Lightly press the top of the Avocados to check if they are ripe. If they are soft then they are ready.Pick the avocado that the stem is still attached they are mostly good inside.
**Don't miss the garlic it will add so much flavor!
Serve it with Tortilla chips, crackers or load it on top of nachos or tacos.
