Cordon blue mein I used Veal but you can use chicken too.
Best is to get your meat from your best butchery. let the make it thin or flatten it more at home on your own.
Ingredients:
*Cheese I used swiss cheese
*Ham
*Salt
*pepper(optional)
*4 eggs was enough for two add more eggs if going for more.
*Plain flour
*breadcrumbs(store bought or homemade)
*1 litre oil I used sunflower oil.
Serve with fried potatoes and don't forget Lemon slices!!!!!!
**Do not over beat the eggs
** Use a big pan to fit the schnitzel
** Coat well with flour so that the eggs can sit completely.
***Swivel the pan for a wavy breading that will be puffy and separate from the meat.
**Homemadecrumbs gives a fine taste give it a try. Let the bread dry till it bone hard then use a fine grater:
