In this video I will show you how to make the most moist chocolate cake with malt beer or with Guinness beer.
This chocolate cake is so rich in chocolate flavor because I use cocoa powder!
Chocolate powder will not go so well with this cake.
The mixer will not take you about 5 min.
Please do not overmix the flour beat is to use a spatula and fold in make sure everything is well mixed.
The results of this cake are always amazing.
I make this cake at least twice a month.
Ingredients:
250 g butter
250 g malt beer/ guinness beer
250g sugar (take more if you have a sweet teeth)
250 g flour
3 eggs( room temperature)
a pinch of salt
1 TBSP vanilla extract
2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
150g natural yoghurt
70g baking cocoa
Bake 175 degrees celsius 45 min.
Please do a skewer test. If it’s just a bit wet then it’s ready !
It’s a very moist cake!!
