Bao Buns (pronounced “bow”), but also known as a 'steamed buns' or 'baozi' 包子, are a delicious, warm, fluffy treat of stuffing wrapped inside. Made with a mix of flour, yeast, sugar, milk and oil.

The ingredients for Bao Buns are simple. The tricky part is the assembly, I’ll walk you through each step with you in this video.

Step 1: Prepare the dough
