Kicking off summer break with one of my kids favorite breakfast recipes, homemade mcgriddle sandwiches.

These are super easy to make and are perfect for breakfast. My trick is to add a drizzle of maple syrup to the pancake batter right after you pour it on the griddle. It cooks right into the pancakes for a sweet and tasty bite.
