Resep:
1. Oncom 6 buah, cuci peras lalu tumbuk/hancurkan
Bahan:
1. Bawang Merah
2. Bawang Putih
3. Cabe Rawit Merah
4. Kemiri
5. Cabe Rawit Ijo 200 gr
6. Daun Kemangi
7. Daun Bawang 5 batang
8. Lenca
9. Garam 2 sdm
10. Penyedap 1 sdm
11. Gula Putih 1 sdm
Cara Memasak:
1. Haluskan bumbu, lalu tumis
2. Masukkan Lenca, Cabe Rawit Ijo, Daun Bawang, Daun Kemangi, lalu aduk rata
3. Masukkan Oncom, tambahkan Garam, Penyedap, Gula Putih
4. Sajikan
