Chicken Teriyaki

Resep:
1. Ayam Fillet Paha 500 gr
2. Kecap Manis 60 gr
3. Kecap Asin 4-5 sdm
4. Saus Tiram 3 sdm
5. Minyak Wijen 2 sdm
6. Madu 2 sdm
7. Lada Bubuk 3/4 sdt
8. Bawang Putih 4 Siung
9. Bombay 1 Buah
Cara Memasak:
1. Campur ayam yang sudah di fillet dengan semua bumbu jadi satu, aduk rata. Lalu diamkan sekitar 30 menit agar meresap
2. Masak ayam yang sudah di bumbui dengan sedikit minyak, hingga matang.
3. Koreksi rasa
4. Lalu tambahkan Bombay yang di iris besar masak hingga Bombay setengah matang.
5. Siap di sajikan
