Resep:
Bumbu Halus:
1. Bawang Merah 15 Siung
2. Bawang Putih 10 Siung
3. Cabe Rawit Merah 100 gr
4. Cabe Merah Keriting 150 gr
5. Kemiri 5 Butir
Bahan lain:
1. Santan 2 Liter dari 1 Butir Kelapa
2. Kerupuk Kulit
3. Sereh 2
4. Lengkuas Seruas Jari
5. Daun Salam 8
6. Gula merah 1/2
7. Garam 1 sdm
8. Penyedap 1 sdm
Cara Memasak:
1. Haluskan bumbu lalu tumis, tambahkan Sereh, Lengkuas dan Daun Salam
2. Masukkan Santan, Cabe Rawit Merah Utuh, Gula Merah, Garam, Penyedap
3. Tambahkan Kerupuk Kulit, aduk hingga rata
4. Masak hingga santan lebih kental dan berubah warna lebih gelap
