Resep:
1. Tempe 1 Papan
2. Cabe Hijau Besar 7 Buah
3. Cabe Rawit Merah
4. Bawang Merah 12 Siung
5. Bawang Putih 8 Siung
6. Lengkuas 1 Ruas Jari
7. Daun Salam 8
8. Garam 1/2 sdm
9. Penyedap 1/2 sdm
10. Gula Putih 1/2 sdm
11. Saus Tiram 1 sdm
12. Kecap Manis 60 ml
13. Air 200 ml
Cara Memasak:
1. Potong tempe kecil-kecil lalu goreng
2. Tumis Cabe, Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Lengkuas, Daun Salam hingga matang
3. Masukkan Tempe yang sudah di goreng
4. Lalu beri Garam, Gula, Penyedap, Saus Tiram, Kecap dan tambahkan air
5. Aduk hingga tercampur rata dan matang
