Resep:
1. Butter/Margarine 350 gr
2. Gula 250 gr
3. Terigu 250 gr (Di Ayak)
4. Keju Cheddar Parut 250 gr
5. Telur 6 Butir (Pisahkan Kuning Telur)
6. Keju Cheddar Parut 50 gr (Untuk Topping)
Cara Memasak:
1. Mixer Butter/Margarine dengan Gula Pasir hingga mengembang dan putih pucat
2. Kurangi kecepatan mixer lalu tambahkan Kuning Telur, Terigu dan Keju Cheddar Parut, mixer hingga rata
3. Kocok Putih Telur hingga kaku
4. Tambahkan kocokan putih telur ke adonan yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya, aduk hingga tercampur rata
5. Panggang dalam suhu 170 derajat Celcius selama kurang lebih 45 menit (Sesuai Oven masing-masing)
6. Matang, lalu potong sesuai selera dan siap di sajikan.
