Resep:
1. Oncom 3 buah
2. Bawang Merah 3 Siung
3. Bawang Putih 2 Siung
4. Ketumbar 1 sdt
5. Telur 2 Butir
6. Terigu 7 sdm
7. Air Kurang lebih 100 ml (hanya butuh sedikit saja)
8. Daun Bawang 3 tangkai
9. Lada 1/2 sdt
10. Garam 1 sdt
11. Penyedap 1/2 sdt
12. Msg 1/2 sdt
Cara Memasak:
1. Haluskan Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Ketumbar, Lada
2. Cacah kecil-kecil Oncom, campur dengan Daun Bawang, Bumbu Halus, Telur, Terigu, Air, Garam, Penyedap, Msg, aduk rata
3. Goreng hingga matang
