Avocado Mousse Recipe
3 avocados
1 bunch of green onions
salt, ground black pepper, dry garlic
olive oil, lime juice
peel the avocados, remove the seeds
put it in the blender
salt and pepper. Add 1 teaspoon of lime juice and 1/3 teaspoon of dry garlic
chop the green onions finely and add it to the avocados
grind it in a blender, add 2 tbsp olive oil
add water or olive oil if necessary
if necessary, add salt, ground black pepper, ground red pepper and chili pepper
stored in a sealed container, avocado mousse will keep for 2 days in the refrigerator
